On Saturday 4 July (4PM–9.30PM), Coalville Park comes alive with high‑energy performances from Twist of Rock, the soulful Carter and Hartmann Duo, and the vibrant Vintage Roundabout. Enjoy great music, delicious food and drink, and magical roaming entertainment including stilt walkers and giant bubbles. Bring your friends, bring a blanket, and soak up the atmosphere. Join Coalville and District Photography Society for their Annual Exhibition! Learn more about the society and how you can get involved, as well as exploring their annual display of work. Pop in to explore the exhibition from August 26th to September 13th. You're also invited to join the Society for an opening evening at CAN HQ, from 6pm to 8pm on August 26th! The exhibition and event are totally free to attend.
Colin founded Swines Meadow Farm nursery with wife Karan, in what was a former farm yard in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. They are the go to place for rare and unusual plants and exhibited at several of the large shows but now concentrate on attending specialist plant fairs. Colin will be talking about various hardy exotic plants incorporating plants suitable for a wide variety of situations in the garden. Members £2, visitors £4 – includes refreshments.
