Description
Lazydog Rum Distillery, led by Matt and Lauren Thompson, is making waves in the British spirits industry. Made from scratch from molasses, each bottle of Lazydog rum is a product of artisan craftsmanship, including hand-labelling and sealing. Their varieties like ‘Signature Silver’ and ‘Spiced’ have earned them Gold Medals at the London Wine Beer Spirits Competition. The distillery has recently expanded, paving the way for increased production and rum-tasting events. Thanks to the couple’s dedication and skill, what began as a lockdown project has evolved into a successful business.
