Doug has been gardening since he was a child. He trained as a horticulturist, working in the industry before spending 20 years in horticultural education. He is now an author, a senior examiner and professional associate with the RHS and a horticulture business consultant. He co-presents a garden phone in show on BBC radio Humberside and is a popular speaker. Doug is a self confessed plant nerd. On this return visit, Doug will be taking us back in time in the world of gardening.
